Woven and Embroidered Badges
Woven and embroidered badges are a very popular way of branding garments and home accessories and are very popular with clubs and societies providing high quality awards for its members.
Materials: Woven badges – taffeta or satin with backing only (for appliqué) or with overlocking. Embroidered badges with twill or felt backing. Other materials are also available. Contact us to check.
Quality: Woven badges: high definition, special definition (68 pick) and super clear definition (98 pick). Embroidered: Lustrous embroidery yarns, excellent definition embroidery.
Colours: Up to 12 woven colours or screen printing on woven badges.
Finishing: Overlocking, with backing (for appliqué), lurex (gold or silver) threads, adhesive backing, heat transfer backing and overlocked badges. Ask us about other finishes available.
Sampling: FREE for woven badges – Embroidered Badges about £50.
Bulk Production: 2.5 – 3 weeks.
Minimum Order: 500.
