Flatpack Printed Cartons
Our bespoke packaging range also extends to producing flat-pack boxes and printed cartons, which give you flexibility both in terms of storage and quality. Our printed cartons are fully machine-made, making them much more economical than hand-finished, rigid lid and base boxes.
Card for branded printed cartons can be of varying thickness, generally 300gsm to 400gsm. We also manufacture tough, thicker corrugated cartons, where art paper can be laminated to give a high-quality print finish. If you want a clear or frosted carton then talk to us about pp/pvc/pet carton options.
We can print in any number of colours. Choices to consider for finishing are: tuck-in-end printed cartons, crash lock bases, clear PVC windows, embossing, hot foil blocking, and spot UV varnishing. If you choose clear PP/PET branded boxes/cartons then ultra-clear glue can be used.
