Materials: Taffeta, satin & cotton high-definition fabric labels. Ask us about other materials available.

Quality: Standard (68 pick) up to super high definition (120 pick)

Colours: Up to 12 woven colours for your printed fabric label.

Finishing: Cut single, endfold, centrefold, mitre fold and Manhattan fold.

Also available: Puffed or laser cut-out finishing, adhesive backing, heat transfer backing and overlocked badges. Ask us about other finishes available.

Sampling: FREE – most free woven label samples will be with you in around 10 days.

Bulk Production: 2 – 2.5 weeks.

Minimum Order: 1000.

We also offer a spectrum of quality levels to meet your specific design needs. Our standard 68 pick label delivers excellent durability and detail for everyday use, while 90 pick gives even greater clarity and a smooth finish. Our premium 120 pick super high-definition option allows for sharper, more intricate visuals, giving perfect clarity for more intricate logos and detailed artwork.

Colours

Colour is essential in bringing your brand’s identity to life, and we offer up to 12 colours woven directly into your custom woven labels. This ensures that your labels maintain their vibrancy over time, even with regular wear and washing.

Our high-definition weaving process allows for clear, sharp transitions between colours, so whether your design is simple or complex, we can create labels that match your brand’s exact look.

Finishing

The finishing options we offer can drastically enhance the overall appearance of your labels. From simple cut single labels to the more sophisticated Manhattan fold, each finish adds a unique touch to your product.

Endfold, centre fold, mitre fold, and overlocked edges are some of the many ways we can craft the perfect label. These custom finishing options help create a more professional look depending on the aesthetic you’re aiming for.

Production & Delivery

We know how important it is to get your products on time. That’s why we offer FREE samples so you can review your custom label before committing to a full production run.

Once approved, bulk production takes only 2 to 2.5 weeks, ensuring that you can proceed with confidence. With a minimum order quantity of just 1,000 labels, you can access premium custom labels without the need for a large initial investment.
